Rase Solutions Inc was founded at the Jersey Shore in February 2006. The tools have changed enormously since then. The approach hasn't: understand the problem first, then find the practical solution.
Our story
Built on relationships, not projects.
Rase Solutions began as a software development company building websites, web applications, CRM systems, and mobile apps for businesses that needed technology done right. Over two decades, the work has grown to include AI and automation, accessibility and compliance, payment systems, and the modernization of the systems we — and others — built years ago.
What hasn't changed is how we work. Some of our clients have been with us since our first year in business. That kind of longevity doesn't come from sales tactics. It comes from picking up the phone, giving honest advice, and doing the work well enough that people keep coming back.
Today, Rase Solutions Inc serves as the primary technology company — and future holding company — for a growing set of technology ventures and software products, while continuing the consulting work that started it all.
How we think about technology
Technology should help your business move forward. That sounds obvious, but a surprising amount of technology does the opposite: it creates work, adds cost, and locks businesses into decisions they didn't fully understand.
Our job is to prevent that. Before we build anything, we make sure we understand what you're actually trying to accomplish. Sometimes the answer is a custom application. Sometimes it's an off-the-shelf tool and two hours of configuration. We'll tell you either way.

Founder
Raakesh founded Rase Solutions Inc in February 2006 and has led it since. An entrepreneur, technology consultant, and builder, he has spent two decades leading projects across web development, mobile applications, CRM systems, automation, and payments.
He's happiest in the early conversations — the ones where a business explains a problem and the shape of a solution starts to emerge. That's still how most engagements with Rase Solutions begin.
