Requests and selection
A submission is a request for consideration. It does not create a contract, obligation to perform work, guaranteed timeline, outcome, support relationship, or promise that a third-party maintainer will accept a contribution. Rase Solutions may accept or decline requests at its discretion. Work explicitly accepted under this program is provided at no charge and without an obligation to purchase services.
Your authority and submitted information
You must have authority to share all submitted information and to request assistance. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, credentials, private source archives, regulated information, sensitive customer data, or confidential material through the public form. Third-party licenses and repository contribution rules apply.
Private repositories and AI-assisted work
Private repository work will not begin until scope, confidentiality, access, ownership, licensing, and safeguards are agreed in writing. Confidential code or data will not be sent to external AI providers without appropriate authorization and safeguards. Engineers remain responsible for AI-assisted work.
Privacy, retention, and recognition
We use submitted contact and project information to assess, communicate about, and—if accepted—perform the requested work. Issue-related contact is limited to the request and related program updates. Marketing email is optional, recorded separately, and is not a condition of consideration. You may withdraw marketing consent securely at any time without an account or contact info@rasesolutions.com. Unsubscribe links are provided in messages where supported; the secure withdrawal process and contact email remain available. Withdrawal immediately removes marketing eligibility and records privacy-safe audit history. The engineering request and its audit history continue under the normal retention schedule after marketing withdrawal. Once eligible request records are deleted, only the keyed suppression hash, withdrawal time, and source remain to enforce the opt-out. Access is limited to authorized personnel and providers supporting the program. Information is retained only as needed for review, security, legal obligations, consent records, and program administration, then securely deleted under the approved retention schedule. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
Private projects will not be publicly recognized without explicit permission. Public contributions are listed only after their public status is verified.
Security and responsible disclosure
Do not use this form for urgent incidents or active vulnerability details. Send only the minimum non-sensitive information needed for initial review. We will arrange an appropriate channel if more information is required.
Aggregate contribution counter
The program may display an aggregate count of verified issues and pull requests. The count may include work in public and private Rase Solutions repositories, but it does not identify private repositories, requesters, customers, or request details. External work is included only after its public status is verified. If the source cannot be verified, the counter is not displayed.
