This Privacy Policy describes how Rase Solutions Inc ("Rase Solutions," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use rasesolutions.com (the "Site"), our services, and mobile applications published by Rase Solutions Inc (collectively, the "Services").

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit one of our forms, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name and website, a description of your situation, a budget range and timeline, your preferred call time, and whether you agree to receive text messages. When you engage our services, you may provide additional business information necessary to perform the work.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server logs record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. When you send us a form we also save your IP address and browser type to protect against spam, along with how you arrived at the Site (for example the referring website or a campaign tag). Mobile applications. Applications we publish collect only the information described in each application's store listing and in-app disclosures. We do not sell application user data.

How we use information

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to selected public marketing pages, contact and consultation link clicks, service-interest clicks and successful contact submissions. For visits located in the United States using current local country data, analytics is enabled unless you opt out. Other and unknown locations require prior acceptance. We use a local, approximate country lookup without sending visitor IP addresses to a geolocation API. Google receives browser, device, network and page-view information and browser identifiers when analytics is enabled. Advertising features are disabled. We exclude request and administrative workflows and do not send form contents, names, email addresses, raw referrer URLs, query strings or URL fragments in our analytics events. Google may process information outside your country. See our Cookie Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.

Source attribution uses fixed categories such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, other referral or direct/unattributed. Raw campaign text, click IDs and unknown referring domains are not sent. Recognized campaign query parameters are removed from eligible page URLs before Google loads. With analytics enabled, a category and an allowlisted public entry-page path may be kept in this tab's session storage for up to 30 minutes and cleared on opt-out. A successfully saved contact submission may produce one generate_lead event from a separate confirmation page without form fields. It includes only fixed source categories and an allowlisted origin-page path, never submission contents or an inquiry identifier. This event does not mean the inquiry is a qualified lead. The five-minute server-side measurement authorization is single-use and consent is checked again before sending.

You may turn analytics off without losing access to our services through Analytics preferences in the footer. Saved opt-outs and browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals override regional defaults and acceptance. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection, not automatic deletion of earlier data; contact us for privacy requests. Analytics choices are independent of optional marketing communications consent.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and email providers), when required by law, or with your direction or consent.

SMS and text messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from us or through an application we operate, your consent to receive texts is collected separately and is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for full details, including how to opt out.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, and text messaging data are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

Google Analytics user- and event-level data is configured for 14 months. The property's reset-on-new-activity setting can extend user-data retention for returning visitors. Standard aggregate reports are not governed by that setting. Explicit analytics acceptance lasts 180 days; opt-outs remain until changed or browser storage is cleared. We retain form submissions and business records for as long as needed to respond to you, perform services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see "Your choices" below).

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@rasesolutions.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor valid requests accordingly.

Children's privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
