Services and engagements

Consulting and development services are governed by separate written agreements, statements of work, or proposals between Rase Solutions Inc and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer with fixed pricing; estimates and proposals are provided after requirements are understood.

Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and branding are the property of Rase Solutions Inc or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Client logos and reviews shown on this Site are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Mobile applications published by Rase Solutions Inc may carry their own end-user terms presented within the application or its store listing. Where no separate terms are presented, these Terms apply to the extent applicable. Support for applications is described on our App Support page.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
