Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how rasesolutions.com uses cookies and similar technologies.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They help websites function and, in some cases, provide analytics about how a site is used.

Cookies we use

Session cookie

We use one session cookie (PHP session) to make our forms work, including spam protection and confirmation messages. During your visit the session also remembers how you arrived at the Site, such as the referring website or a campaign tag in the link you followed. If you send us a form, that information is saved with your inquiry so we know which of our efforts are useful. The cookie holds only a random session identifier, is not shared with anyone, and expires when you close your browser.

Visit measurement

The website no longer automatically sends first-party page-view counts. Essential security logs and form processing remain separate from optional analytics.

Third-party analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 is optional. For visits located in the United States using a current local country database, analytics is enabled unless you opt out. For all other countries and unknown locations, analytics is blocked until you accept. Unavailable preference storage, stale or unavailable country data, saved opt-outs, Global Privacy Control, and Do Not Track prevent default-on collection. Country classification is approximate, not proof of residence or citizenship.

Analytics measures selected public marketing pages, contact and consultation link clicks, service-interest clicks and confirmed contact submissions, not administration, engineering-request submission, email verification or consent withdrawal. Form pages do not load Google. A separate confirmation page can send a single successful-contact event only after a submission is saved and current analytics permission is rechecked. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals remain disabled. Names, email addresses, request details, form values, inquiry identifiers and raw referring URLs are not included in our events.

We send only fixed source categories and allowlisted public page paths. Unknown referrers become the generic category "other referral"; direct means unattributed, not proof that you typed the address. Free-text campaign values and click IDs are not sent. Recognized campaign query parameters are stripped from eligible marketing URLs before Google loads; other query-string URLs and all URL fragments remain excluded. A source category and public entry-page path are stored in this tab's session storage for up to 30 minutes after analytics is permitted, without an additional visitor identifier, and cleared on opt-out. A server-side successful-contact measurement authorization expires after five minutes and is consumed once; it is not a Google token.

After acceptance, Google may set host-only _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers, configured to expire after 180 days without renewal. Google receives browser and device information and network information, including the IP address needed to connect. See Google's Privacy Policy. Processing may occur outside your country.

We store your analytics choice in your browser's local storage. Explicit acceptance lasts 180 days. Opt-outs, including earlier saved opt-outs, do not expire automatically; they remain until you change your choice or clear browser storage. This storage is used only to remember your decision. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to turn analytics off at any time. Withdrawal blocks subsequent analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not automatically erase previously collected data. Contact us about deletion requests. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track override acceptance. If preference storage is unavailable, analytics remains off. Analytics permission is separate from marketing communications consent.

We use a locally stored country dataset adapted from DB-IP, licensed under CC BY 4.0. No visitor IP addresses are sent to a geolocation API. Only the connection address is used transiently for the local lookup; country-lookup records are not retained. Country data is checked daily for monthly publisher updates; data older than 45 days cannot enable analytics by default.

Managing cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie may prevent our forms from working correctly.
