Compliance
Accessibility help — done properly, not just patched.
Whether it's a demand letter, a failed audit, or simply wanting to serve every customer, we assess, fix, and maintain accessibility on your website and applications against recognized WCAG standards.
Web accessibility has moved from "nice to have" to a real business requirement. Demand letters and lawsuits over inaccessible websites are common, and beyond the legal exposure, an inaccessible site quietly turns away customers who can't use it. The standard almost everyone references is WCAG — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — and meeting it is very achievable with the right approach.
We help businesses assess where they stand, remediate the issues that matter, and put practices in place so the site stays accessible as it changes. Importantly, we do real remediation — not an overlay widget that claims instant compliance and often makes things worse.
Does this sound familiar?
- You received an ADA or accessibility demand letter
- A customer or auditor reported the site is unusable for them
- You need to meet WCAG for a contract or grant
- Screen readers can't navigate your site
- Forms, menus, or media aren't keyboard-accessible
- You installed an accessibility widget and it didn't fix the real issues
Why overlays aren't the answer
A lot of businesses reach for an "accessibility widget" that promises instant compliance. These overlays rarely fix the underlying problems, are frequently flagged in the very demand letters they're meant to prevent, and can even interfere with the assistive technology real users rely on. Genuine accessibility comes from fixing the site itself — its structure, labels, contrast, keyboard navigation, and media — not from a script bolted on top.
The good news is that most sites have a manageable set of recurring issues: missing image descriptions, poor color contrast, unlabeled form fields, and components that can't be operated by keyboard. Once identified, these are straightforward to remediate, and building a few habits keeps them from creeping back.
